• Job showcase has no control over the quality or legality of the jobs or job seeker information or employer information
• Job showcase cannot guarantee that any job seeker will be what any employer wants or that the job seeker will perform as required no advice or information obtained by a user from the site or app shall create any warranty whatsoever
• Job seeker acknowledge and agree the seeker are solely responsible for the form, content & accuracy of any material placed by you, or your mentor on the sites or app and that you are 18 years of age & above.
• Seekers also represent and warrant to the company that seekers will use the sites & app in a manner consistent with any & all applicable laws & regulations.
• Attempting to overload, spam or crash any site by means of a virus or other software attack upon the sites & app integrity any attempted site violations may result in civil or criminal liability & the job showcase will prosecute users who are involved in such violations
• In some areas of Registration & Profile creation, Job Showcase request or may request that you provide personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, contact information. Sometimes job showcase collect or may collect a combination of the two types of information. In addition, at the time of registration for a account, you have the option to elect or not elect to receive additional communications, information and promotions, including without limitation, free informational newsletters from us relating to topics that may be of special interest to you, such as career management advice.

• Connect- job showcase will send you a job alert sms everyday (except holidays) on registered number, these job alerts will be depends upon employers vacant positions, we do not guarantee to send sms as per your qualifications or your job requirements, this job alert sms will be common to all the activated card holders
• You can view all the JD while cliking on the link, which we send in sms
• After the interview employers are whole responsible for the feedback of interview , job showcase do not involve or share any feedback to the candidates
• Charges of job card will be 265/year
• All payments accepted by online/check/DD only
• After activation of job card, job alert sms service will start within two working days.
• Job showcase provides a platform for the collaboration between employers & seekers
• We assure you that employer associated with us does not charge any extra amount for their services, job showcase does not take any liability in case the candidate willingly pays some amount to any employer
• Selection or rejection of candidate is sole decision of employer & job showcase prohibits any attempt to influence the decision of employer by any means
• Candidates will not get any job sms on holidays specified by job showcase
• Amount charged by job showcase only covers job alert services by only sms, candidate will have to bear all other expenses like food, accommodation, transportation etc.
• Interview timings are subjected to respective employer/hr’s availability
• Job showcase does not take any responsibility regarding scheduling of interviews, it will be candidates sole responsibility to reach the scheduled place in time
• The job alerts provided by job showcase is for the card holder only, job showcase prohibits sharing of this alert with anyone else by any means
• By applying for our services you hereby grant job showcase to contact you by sms, phone calls or mobile app notifications.
• Job showcase reserves right to change these terms & conditions at any time & newly published terms & conditions will be applicable to all of its clients
• Payment undertaking
  o I hereby confirm & agree that once payment of product fees including transactions charges is made by me, i will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever in any circumstances by accessing or using the site www.jobshowcase.in or android app, you agree to be bound by this terms & conditions including any additional guidelines & future modifications.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: -
  The appropriate courts in Pune shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes/differences (by whatever name called) in connection with any action or proceeding (by whatever name called) arising out of this Agreement.
